4. Ticketing and Transaction Rules
The Platform provides event information and online ticket purchasing services. Ticket sales are subject to announcements by the event organizer.
Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review the ticket purchase instructions, refund policy, and seating information for each event.
Unless otherwise permitted by law or the organizer’s policy, tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded after purchase.
If an event is rescheduled or canceled, the Platform will assist with refunds or ticket exchanges according to the organizer’s instructions.
Once the system displays an “Order Confirmed” status after completing the purchase process, the order is considered finalized and cannot be canceled for any reason. Refunds may only be handled in accordance with the refund policy.
You must follow the ticket purchasing procedures on the Platform. If incorrect or false information causes order failure, inability to collect tickets, entry denial, or inability to process refunds, you shall bear the responsibility.
Payment and Confirmation
Please confirm your order details before making payment. The ticket purchaser and payer must be the same person. If they differ, the purchaser will be considered the actual ticket holder in case of disputes.
During the sales period, if tickets are sold out, the Company may terminate ticket sales for that session at any time. If tickets become available due to refunds or additional seats or sessions are added, the Company may reopen ticket sales without further notice.
If you wish to purchase special discounted tickets, please follow the instructions provided by the system. The total amount shown in the order summary represents the amount payable. Unless otherwise stated by the Company, no additional discounts will be applied after payment is completed.
If payment is made by credit card, authorization will be processed immediately. Please do not close the browser or shut down your device during the transaction. If the purchase process is interrupted, the transaction will be automatically canceled. During heavy traffic periods, authorization may take more than 60 seconds. After a successful purchase, a confirmation message will appear on the website or be sent by email.
Ticket Collection
All tickets are unregistered bearer securities and must be kept properly. In case of loss or damage, please contact the Billboard Live TAIPEI support email: ticket@billboardlivetaipei.tw.
The Platform does not issue paper tickets. Only electronic tickets are provided. Ticket purchases require membership registration.
The Platform does not require an address. The name, phone number, email address, and date of birth registered in the order will be used for entry verification. These details cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
Once the electronic ticket is delivered to your device, it is considered received. Usage and refund policies shall follow the organizer’s rules, relevant laws, and Platform announcements.
When entering the venue, please present your ticket on time. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or request identity or age verification, including requiring the presentation of identification documents.
The Company reserves the right to refuse ticket sales or terminate the purchase agreement if any of the following occurs:
- Failure to complete required procedures within the specified timeframe.
- Failure to follow the designated purchasing method.
- Failure to complete payment or incorrect payment amount.
- Abnormal or excessive transactions.
- Improper conduct interfering with ticket sales.
- Other violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Ticket exchanges and refunds shall follow the Billboard Live TAIPEI Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Tickets purchased through auction sites or unauthorized channels will be considered invalid. The Company and organizer reserve the right to deny entry without refund or compensation.
Photography and Recording Policy
Unless otherwise announced by the organizer, audiences are prohibited from recording, filming, or photographing during performances using mobile phones or professional equipment (including but not limited to interchangeable-lens cameras, camcorders, or audio recording devices).
If a violation is determined by the organizer or staff, they may request the user to stop recording, delete the material, refuse entry, or remove the individual from the venue without refund or compensation.
For serious or repeated violations, the Platform may permanently prohibit the individual from purchasing tickets or attending Billboard Live TAIPEI events and may terminate their membership.
